INFORMATION FORM
Parents / Guardians are responsible for completing an online INFORMATION FORM and submitting it before the first day of class or camp. Parents / Guardians are responsible for completing an updated Information Form when there is a change to the information submitted. In the
REGISTRATION PROCESS
Class registration can be completed online, in person or by calling the studio. For late registration during a session already in progress, if space is available, we will pro-rate the cost of the remaining classes. Students should only be registered for classes that are age appropriate as indicated in the class description.
The cost of materials and supplies is included in the class fee.
MISSED CLASSES
Unfortunately missed classes can not be made up and no refund or credit will be given for that missed class. For a withdrawal after the first class, a prorated studio credit will be provided that may be used any time during the next 12 months.

WITHDRAWL REFUNDS
We are happy to issue a full refund if a registered student drops out of a class at least one week prior to the start date of the session (this enables us to open up his/her spot to another student).
PAYMENT
Full payment is due no later than the first day of class or camp. Whenever possible, to minimize interference with your time on the first day, we encourage secure online payment through our registration system, or you’re welcome to call the studio to pay with a credit card over the phone. We accept cash, cheques, e-transfers and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
RETURNED CHEQUES
Any cheque returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a $35 fee.
FULL CLASSES
If upon receipt of your registration a class is full, we will notify you by phone or email and will place you on a waiting list. If we have any cancellations prior to the first class, we will draw from the waiting list in the order that a registration was received. If the class is full, we will either give you an opportunity to register for another class or refund your money.
MEDICAL / BEHAVIORAL / DEVELOPMENTAL ISSUES
For your child’s safety, Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing detailed information on our online INFORMATION FORM regarding all medical conditions (such as allergies, diabetes, etc.) as well as behavioral and/developmental conditions (such as ADHD, autism, etc.).
We require all children who are prescribed an epi-pen, inhaler, or diabetic monitor carry it with them at all times while on the premises, no exceptions. Parents/Guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s allergies and medical conditions.
CLOTHING
We do have art aprons and smocks at the studio however you should be warned that art is messy so please be ready to experiment with your art. Sometimes the mediums we use do not wash easily from clothing.
SICK POLICY
At Let The Cat Go, we prefer to share creativity, not germs. In consideration for others, please refrain from sending your child to the studio when they are feeling under the weather.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Please check our facebook page for announcements. If the studio is closed due to weather, we will notify you of make-up classes. If
FOOD ALLERGY POLICIES
We strive to be allergy conscious and provide a safe environment for everyone entering our studio. Parents/Guardians are responsible for indicating any allergies or other medical conditions of the child on the Information Form, and promptly updating us if there are any changes to that information.
For private bookings and birthday parties please be sure that any outside food brought into the studio is nut free.
BEHAVIOURAL EXPECTATION
For all people participating in art programs at Let The Cat Go, the expectation is that they will not harm themselves or others either physically, verbally or in an intimidating fashion. Staff will do their best to facilitate groups to be positive and form
